FAQs

What is ABA Therapy?
ABA Therapy is a scientifically validated approach to understanding behavior and how it is affected by the environment. It is widely used in treating individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental conditions, focusing on improving specific behaviors, such as social skills, communication, reading, and adaptive learning skills.
How is the therapy schedule determined?
Therapy schedules are tailored to each individual’s needs. Factors such as the client’s goals, intensity of the needed intervention, and family schedules are all considered when creating a therapy schedule.
How do you measure progress?
Progress is measured continuously through data analysis, ensuring that therapy goals are being met and adjustments are made as needed. This data-driven approach helps to ensure that each client receives the most effective treatment.
Can families be involved in therapy?
Absolutely! Family involvement is encouraged and is a critical component of successful ABA therapy. Training and resources are provided to families to reinforce learning and behavior modification techniques at home.
