What Do You Love About KCT?

“I love coming to work every single day! It is a place where I feel supported in my personal and professional growth. KCT fosters clinical growth and development to become a better PT and leader every single day!”

What Made You Want To Join Your Speciality?

“I knew in college I wanted to work with kids, not a doctor, but something in the medical field. So I shadowed a peds therapist my freshman year of college and it was so much fun – and she had so much fun! Then I changed my major to exercise science.”

What Makes KCT Different?

“KCT is more than just a job, it is a community. 5+ disciplines all collaborating to best SERVE our clients and families.”

Why Do You Continue To Choose KCT?

“I continue to choose KCT because I cannot imagine myself anywhere else. KCT is home and I am honored to SERVE my clients and families each and every day!”

What Do You Enjoy in Your Free Time?

“I love spending time with my family, my two kids. We love going camping, being outside, and bike rides. I also love gardening vegetables and flowers. I have a dream to have a dream garden when I’m retired and my kids are older!”

What Is A Lesson You’ve Learned With Your Team?

“Seeing how we can as leaders promote a positive, uplifting, supportive environment for our teams and how much of an impact that can be to culture. Knowing that people love going to work and seeing how that translates into how our team is able to provide care to our families.”
