We value your time and clinical expertise, and recognize that cancellations can be used to document, plan for future sessions, and work on company projects, all while being paid your same hourly rate. K1ds Count Therapy provides flexibility for our Physical Therapists! While client cancellations occur frequently in an outpatient setting, we recognize guaranteed hours are important. Cancellations can be used for paid documentation time, prepping for future sessions, or working on projects. Alternatively, therapists can choose to leave early or come in late if so desired. At KCT, you have options! Expectations are important! Week-to-week, your schedule as a Physical Therapist at K1ds Count Therapy would look the same. It’s meaningful to have an established routine, but also have the flexibility of practicing in a variety of clinical settings. KCT Physical Therapists have the opportunity to work in our outpatient clinics, ABA centers, contracted schools, or community partner locations.
