K1ds Count Therapy provides flexibility for our Speech Therapists! While client cancellations occur frequently in an outpatient setting, we recognize guaranteed hours are important. Cancellations can be used for paid documentation time, prepping for future sessions, or working on projects. Alternatively, therapists can choose to leave early or come in late if so desired. Expectations are important! Week-to-week, your schedule as a Speech Therapist at K1ds Count Therapy would look the same. It’s meaningful to have an established routine, but also have the flexibility of practicing in a variety of clinical settings.
