SPOT ABA

SPOT ABA is a collaborative interdisciplinary-led group therapy approach at K1ds Count Therapy located in our Outpatient building in Brownsburg. This setting is meant for children (upper preschool – young elementary age) who are progressing toward independent participation in a school-type setting. Therapy focuses on social, emotional, and school readiness in a group setting (1 teacher to 4 children ratio).

What is SPOT ABA?

Group therapy supports classroom readiness, social skill development, executive function skill development and independence in a classroom setting. Our SPOT program is led by a Registered Behavior Technician and programming and lesson plans are created by a behavior analyst. SPOT is also supported by a speech therapist or occupational therapist each day and ST/OT/ABA collaborate together in this interdisciplinary program. The ratio for this program is 1:4 and the small group setting allows for personalized attention and instruction.
