Born and raised in Brownsburg, Carlie attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she earned her degree in Sport Management. She worked with a couple of kids at a summer camp that had autism. She enjoyed working with them and watching them grow so much that she decided to pursue a career in ABA. Her career goal is to continue doing anything related to working with kids. Eventually she may go back to school to get her teaching license. She loves being outside and doing activities such as hiking, kayaking or playing sports. She also loves being around her family and friends.
